W. Va. Code R. § 148-6-4 - Metered Parking
4.1. The
Secretary may install metered parking in any areas designated for parking he or
she considers prudent to permit convenient parking spaces for visitors to the
State Capitol or any state office buildings in the City of Charleston. The
amount to be charged for parking at meters shall be 50 cents per
hour.
