1.1. Scope. This
legislative rule establishes the fees to be charged for online access to
electronic records maintained by the Secretary of State and for the sale of
electronic records for the purpose of resale.
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '59-1-2.
1.3. Filing Date. -- April 1, 1999.
1.4. Effective Date. -- April 1,
