W. Va. Code R. § 153-37-16 - Confidentiality
16.1. All records
pertaining to the program participant shall be kept confidential. A request to
ascertain if an individual is a program participant shall be in writing and
addressed to the program manager. Upon receipt of a written request, the
program manager shall confirm, in writing within ten (10) days, whether or not
an individual is a program participant, but the program manager shall not
disclose any further information about the program participant. A copy of such
written confirmation shall also be sent to the program participant.
