W. Va. Code R. § 175-11-1 - General
1.1. Scope. -- This
legislative rule provides for the retail enforcement conducted by the WVABCA of
Select Plant-Based Derivative Products: Hemp and Kratom sold at retail in the
State of West Virginia.
1.2.
Authority. -- W. Va. Code §
11-16-23, §60-7-13;
§19-12E-12; and §19-12F-1 et seq.
1.3. Filing Date. -- May 2, 2025.
1.4. Effective Date. -- May 15,
2025.
1.5. Sunset Date. -- This
rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1,
2030.
