W. Va. Code R. § 175-5-19 - Restriction on Location of Retail Outlets
19.1. No retail outlet may be located within
the immediate vicinity of a school or church.
19.2. The provisions of W. Va. Code §
60-3A-16
and this subsection do not apply to the location of a retail licensee who, on
February 27, 1990, held a license for the retail sale of wine, fortified wine
or nonintoxicating beer at such a location.
