W. Va. Code R. § 175-8-7 - Administrative Sanctions
7.1. The
Commissioner may impose a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed the greater
of five hundred percent (500%) of the retail value of the tobacco involved or
five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) as authorized for violation of W. Va. Code
'60-9-5
et seq.
