W. Va. Code R. § 179-8-51 - Rules of Table Games; Purpose
51.1. A casino licensee shall submit its
table game rules to the Commission for approval to ensure all of the following:
51.1.a. The games offered by the casino
licensee are performed only in accordance with the Act and this rule;
51.1.b. The functions, duties, and
responsibilities associated with the casino are appropriately segregated and
performed in accordance with sound practices by competent, qualified personnel,
and to ensure that an employee of the casino licensee is not in a position to
perpetuate and conceal errors or irregularities in the normal course of his or
her duties; and
51.1.c. The casino
is operated by the casino licensee with integrity and in accordance with the
Act and this rule.
