W. Va. Code R. § 179-8-89 - Closed Circuit Television Required Surveillance
89.1. The surveillance closed circuit
television system shall be capable of covertly monitoring activities on the
casino floor and related areas, including patron passages leading to and from
the casino operation and gaming operation areas.
89.2. The Commission may require additional
areas be monitored to ensure compliance with the Act and this rule and to
ensure the safety of patrons and the integrity of gaming.
