W. Va. Code R. § 38-2E-1 - General
1.1. Scope. - This
rule is for the purpose of filing revised forms required by Chapter 22A,
Article 3 of the West Virginia Code, and to change the rule title, all to
conform to recent changes in State law and regulation.
