1.1. Scope and
Purpose. -- This legislative rule establishes fees and the method for
determining fees of lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for West Virginia
residents and non-residents.

20-2B-7.
1.3. Filing Date. -- April 19,
2024.
1.4. Effective Date. -- April
19, 2024.
1.5. Sunset Provision. --
This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1,
2029.
