1.1 Scope. -- This
legislative rule establishes standards for the transport of poultry litter and
swine manure into areas where commercial primary poultry breeder operations are
located.

2021
1.5. Sunset Date. -- This rule
shall terminate and have no further force or effect August 1, 2031.
