W. Va. Code R. § 61-4-14 - Toilet Facilities
14.1. Every
dairy farm shall have one or more toilets, conveniently located and properly
constructed, operated, and maintained in a sanitary manner. The waste shall be
inaccessible to flies and shall not pollute the soil surface or contaminate any
water supply;
