W. Va. Code R. § 61-6B-13 - Hearings, penalties, orders and injunctive relief
13.1. The commissioner may conduct hearings,
assess civil administrative penalties, seek injunctive relief and issue orders
in accordance with W. Va. Code ''22-12-10 and 22-12-11.
