W. Va. Code R. § 64-109-26 - Administrative Due Process
26.1
Those persons adversely affected by the enforcement of this rule desiring a
contested case hearing to determine any rights, duties, interests or privileges
shall do so in accordance with 645CSR1, Rules of Procedure for Contested Case
Hearings and Declaratory Rulings.
