W. Va. Code R. § 64-112-18 - Complaints about or recall of medical cannabis
18.1. A dispensary must notify the Bureau and
the grower/processor immediately upon becoming aware of any complaint made to
the dispensary by a patient, caregiver, or practitioner who reports an adverse
event from using medical cannabis dispensed by the dispensary.
18.2. Upon notification by the
grower/processor under 64CSR110-23 (Complaints about or recall of medical
cannabis), the dispensary must cease dispensing the affected medical
cannabis.
18.3. A dispensary must
coordinate the return of the recalled medical cannabis with the
grower/processor.
