W. Va. Code R. § 64-34-5 - Penalty for Violating Provisions of Rule
Any person violating any of the provisions of this rule, or orders issued pursuant to this rule, is punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) as provided under W. Va. Code § 16-1-18.
