W. Va. Code R. § 64-61-7 - Penalties
7.1. Penalties are
as provided in W. Va. Code '16-1-18.
In addition, the director may seek injunctive relief in the circuit court of
the county in which all or part of the public water system is situated for
threatened or continuing violations.
