W. Va. Code R. § 65-7-26 - Public Access To Information
The board shall make available for public inspection and examination all applications filed with the board and all other pertinent written materials filed with the board and essential to its review process. The board shall make copies of the applications or documents available to the public upon request. The board may charge its reasonable and customary fees for making the copies.
