W. Va. Code R. § 91-21-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules set forth the procedures for the inspection and issuance of a certificate of inspection and approval prior to the initial application for the titling and registration of a motor vehicle not manufactured in accordance with the United States Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
