W. Va. Code R. § 91-6-2 - Definitions
2.1. "Class D "
refers to a dealership in the business of selling and leasing new and used
motor vehicles.
2.2. "Class DUC "
refers to a dealership in the business of selling used motor
vehicles.
2.3. "Class DTR " refers
to a dealership in the business of selling trailers and/or house
trailers.
2.4. "Class DRV " refers
to a dealership in the business of selling recreational vehicles.
2.5. "Class F " refers to a dealership in the
business of selling motorcycles.
2.6. "Class WDR " refers to the business of
wrecking, dismantling, and/or rebuilding of motor vehicles.
2.7 "Class AA " refers to a business of
running an automobile auction business.
2.8 "Dealer Services " means the dealer
services section of the division of motor vehicles.
