W. Va. Code R. § 148-ADM-1 - General
This rule governs instate, in-state and international travel, hereinafter referred to as "travel," for state officials and employees and non-employees, except those in the legislative and judicial branches of state government and except the Attorney General, Auditor, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Board of Investments and Commissioner of Agriculture and their employees traveling on behalf of the state of West Virginia.
