W. Va. Code R. § 64-27-2 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Application and Enforcement
2.1.
Application. -- This rule applies to all health care institutions, facilities,
hospitals, clinics, agencies, corporations, partnerships, and governmental
agencies engaged in the provision of emergency care to injured or ill patients
in the state.
2.2. Enforcement. --
This rule is enforced by the Secretary of the Department of Health.
