W. Va. Code R. § 64-47-9 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Animal Waste Handling Facilities
9.1. General. The design and construction of
animal waste handling facilities shall be in accordance with the current issue
of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service, Agriculture
Waste Management Field Manual.
