(1) Unless otherwise stated, the definitions
of words and phrases in ss.
340.01

250.02 apply to this chapter.
(2) As used in this chapter:
(a) "Issuing authority" means the department
of transportation.
(b) "Permit"
means single trip mobile home and modular building section permits authorized
under s.
348.26(4),
Stats.
