(b), Stats., with respect to a person whose
license or credential is to be denied, not renewed, discontinued, suspended, or
revoked based on delinquent unemployment insurance tax contributions.
(2) Procedures under which the department
shall enter into agreements with financial institutions doing business in this
state to operate the financial record matching program under s.
108.223,
