Wis. Admin. Code Arts Board AB 3.04 - Matching requirements
Recipients of regranting funds shall match every dollar received from the board with one dollar raised from city or county government or from private sources. At the discretion of the board, in-kind contributions of goods or services may count for up to 25% of the matching requirement.
