Wis. Admin. Code Arts Board AB 3.06 - Regranting requirements
Recipients of regranting funds shall conform to the following requirements:
(1) The regranting
agency shall conduct the process of selecting grant recipients in meetings open
to the public.
(2) The regranting
agency may not make grants to itself.
