Wis. Admin. Code Department of Administration Adm 83.22 - Documentation of gender
An applicant shall provide one of the following to verify the gender of each of the woman owners of a business:
(1) A birth certificate.
(2) A passport.
(3) A state-issued, motor vehicle operator's
license or identification card.
