Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 105.04 - Supervision of provider assistants
Provider assistants shall be supervised. Unless otherwise specified under ss. DHS 105.05 to 105.49, supervision shall consist of at least intermittent face-to-face contact between the supervisor and the assistant and a regular review of the assistant's work by the supervisor.
