Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 105.34 - Rehabilitation agencies

For MA certification on or after January 1, 1988, a rehabilitation agency providing outpatient physical therapy, or speech and language pathology form, or occupational therapy shall be certified to participate in medicare as an outpatient rehabilitation facility under 42 CFR 485.50 to 485.74.
