Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 252.05 - PIN selection
The department shall provide for PIN selection by the cardholder. The department shall allow the PIN to be changed if the cardholder requests it. The department shall provide instructions on use of the card with the PIN, including how to change the PIN if the cardholder wishes to do so.
