Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 38.03 - Information about the requirement for controlled substance abuse screening, testing, and treatment
An administering agency shall provide information in a format approved by the department to any individual who expresses interest in or is referred to participate in an employment and training program to explain the requirement for participants in certain employment and training programs to undergo screening, testing, and treatment for abuse of controlled substances.
