Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 303.07 - Department policy
(1) Institutions may make specific procedures
for the operation of the institution in accordance with department policy.
Inmates may be disciplined for violations of department policy, including
institution regulations or procedures.
(2) Each institution shall maintain at least
one official method for notifying inmates about notices of general
applicability.
