Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 303.16 - Sexual assault
(1) An inmate who does any of the following
with another person with force or the threat of force is guilty of sexual
assault:
(a) Has sexual intercourse.
(b) Has sexual contact.
(c) Commits an act of sexual
gratification.
(2)
Consensual acts are prohibited under this section.
