Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 303.46 - Possession of tobacco
(1) Any inmate who possesses a tobacco
product is guilty of possession of tobacco.
(2) Any inmate who possesses materials to
facilitate the use of tobacco is guilty of possession of tobacco.
