Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 303.52 - Leaving assigned area
Any inmate who leaves a room or area either inside or outside the institution where the inmate is required to be is guilty of leaving assigned area, unless one of the following exists:
(1) The inmate receives permission to leave
from an employee supervising the activity.
(2) The inmate has authorization to be
elsewhere at that time.
