(1) Contraband
seized during a search which is done in violation of this chapter may be used
as evidence in the disciplinary review process under s.

333.08.
(2) Results of physical examinations and
tests performed on body content specimens for the purpose of detecting
intoxicating substances may be used as evidence in the disciplinary review
process under s.
DOC
333.08.
