Wis. Admin. Code Employment Relations Commission ERC 14.05 - Consolidation of proceedings
The commission may consolidate fact-finding proceedings to avoid unnecessary costs, delay, or multiplicity of proceedings or to otherwise serve the purposes of the Municipal Employment Relations Act.
