Wis. Admin. Code Justice Assistance, Office of OJA 1.10 - Penalties
In addition to utilizing other available remedies to enforce the provisions of this chapter, OJA shall identify in its reports any law enforcement agency that fails to collect or submit traffic stop data as required under this chapter.
