Wis. Admin. Code Personnel Commission PC 5.08 - Time limit for decisions
The 90 day period established in s. 230.44(4) (f), Stats., for the issuance of certain decisions shall commence on the last date for filing objections to the proposed decision and order under s. 227.46, Stats., or the date for the last written or oral argument, whichever is later.
