Wis. Admin. Code State Fair Park Board SFP 2.20 - Gambling
(1) No person may make a bet, or participate
in a lottery, or play a gambling machine, or conduct a lottery or, with intent
to conduct a lottery, possess facilities to do so.
(2) In this section the term "lottery" has
the meaning given in s.
945.01(5),
