Wis. Admin. Code Department of Safety and Professional Services SPS 366.1201 - Historic buildings

(1) SCOPE. This is a department rule in addition to the requirements in IEBC section 1201.1: Any historic building is exempt from the energy requirements of chs. SPS 361 to 366.

(2) REPORT. The requirements in IEBC section 1202.2 are not included as part of chs. SPS 361 to 366.
