Wis. Admin. Code Department of Transportation Trans 5.05 - Applications
(1) Applications shall contain the
information as the department shall prescribe in its information for
applicants' booklet. The booklets shall be available in all transportation
region offices.
(2) Applications
for loans and grants shall be submitted to the appropriate transportation
region office. As long as FHWA federal-aid funds remain available, the
department shall accept applications on a continuous basis.
