Wis. Admin. Code Department of Transportation Trans 54.03 - Eligibility
Land to be purchased under the advance land acquisition program shall meet all of the following requirements:
(1) The land to be acquired must be part of a
planned airport improvement project or a land acquisition project.
(2) The site or airport shall be included in
the Wisconsin state airport system plan.
(3) The land to be acquired shall be included
in a department approved airport layout plan.
(4) The land to be acquired shall be capable
of being utilized and developed in substantial compliance with state and
federal environmental protection laws.
