Wis. Admin. Code Rustic Roads Board Trans-RR 1.07 - Jurisdiction and authority
Upon approval of the board of rustic road designation and except as otherwise provided in these administrative rules, the county highway committee, the municipalities and counties shall have the same authority over rustic roads as they possess over other highways under their jurisdiction-including responsibility for maintenance.
