Chapter DE 17 was created by emergency rule. See EmR2410 for the rule text and effective dates.
Pursuant to s. 227.20 (1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter DE 17 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter DE 17 as contained in the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
