This chapter was created by emergency rule effective July 1, 1981; repealed and recreated by emergency rule effective August 24, 1982; chapter Trans 128 as it existed on December 31, 1982 was repealed and a new chapter Trans 128 was created effective January 1, 1983. Trans 128 was repealed and recreated effective January 1, 2008.
