Chapter Trans 319 was created by emergency rule. See EmR1425 for the rule text and effective dates. Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter Trans 319 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter Trans 319, as contained in the permanent rule, will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
