002-24 Wyo. Code R. §§ 24-3 - Counting of Signatures on Petitions
(a) If the
registered elector was not registered to vote on the day they signed the
petition, that elector's signature shall not be counted.
(b) A signature shall not be valid if the
date the petition was signed by the elector does not coincide with the
circulation dates of the petition.
