002-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-7 - Absentee Ballot Applications
(a) Absentee ballot
applications from UOCAVA voters shall be processed in accordance with
52 U.S.C. §
20302.
(b) County Clerks shall enter all UOCAVA
absentee ballot applications into the statewide voter registration system
within one (1) business day, following procedures established by the Secretary
of State and as allowed by the statewide voter registration system.
